Since 2017

Mémorial d’Izieu

Commemorations and international events: multi-camera coverage, live broadcasts, video links, simultaneous interpretation and post-production.

Since 2017, Polestream has produced every international commemoration and event (conferences, seminars, colloquia) for the Mémorial d’Izieu. We provide multi-camera coverage, live broadcasts over the internet, and international video links. We also handle simultaneous interpretation for these events and post-production of all recorded videos.

Since 2019, Polestream has produced around ten live web conferences for Via Compétences (CARIF OREF Auvergne-Rhône Alpes). These productions require building a set (in partnership with Cyclorama in Lyon). Fully live, these sessions run for two hours and reach more than 800 people.

Video control room during the FNPF and SNSAPL general meeting
Since 2020

FNPF & SNSAPL general meeting and conference

Video control room, 4 cameras, effects generator, inter-federation video link and secure voting.

Since 2020, Polestream has produced the general meeting of the SNSAPL (the French national union of recreational angling associations) and the conference and general meeting of the FNPF (the French national angling federation) every year. These events call for substantial technical resources, coordinated with the lighting and sound equipment already in place on site. To ensure good coverage of these events, we provide a video control room and 4 cameras for the recording, a special-effects generator, a video link that keeps contributions running smoothly by connecting several federations across France, and a dedicated, secure voting system.

Multi-camera coverage of the international symposium in Paris
June 2022

Arts en résidence symposium

Carreau du Temple, 2 days: multi-camera coverage, multilingual interpretation, video link to Chile, Sweden, Italy and Belgium.

In June 2022, Polestream produced the international symposium REFLECTING RESIDENCIES, the Arts en résidence network's gathering at Carreau du Temple (Paris). This two-day international event required a multi-camera infrastructure, multilingual simultaneous interpretation, and a video link with Chile, Sweden, Italy and Belgium. At the end of the event, we delivered every talk and round table to the organisers, re-edited with on-screen titles added in post-production.

Webinar set for Webikeo
Since 2021

Webikeo webinars

More than 20 webinars: meeting room converted into a TV studio, three cameras, wireless audio and LED lighting.

Since 2021, Polestream has produced webinars for the Webikeo platform. These webinars generally take place at the client's offices. We convert a meeting room into a TV studio for the live broadcast. Producing a webinar calls for a three-camera set-up for the picture, audio recording with wireless and wired microphones, and studio lighting provided by LED panels. PCs are made available to the client for displaying PowerPoint slides, video and subtitles. Polestream has already produced more than twenty webinars for Webikeo.

Tour de l’Ain for the Rotary Club

Three days: a daily 50-minute live show from the VIP village, three-camera outside broadcast van.

In 2022, Polestream covered the Tour de l’Ain cycling race for the Rotary Club. Over the three days, every morning before the start of the race, we produced a 50-minute live show from the Rotary stand in the VIP village. To produce this daily show, Polestream deployed its three-camera outside broadcast van.
