Polestream's service consists of producing professional-quality image and sound, and encoding and streaming a feed (image and sound) to a CDN (Content Delivery Network).

Polestream cannot be held responsible for malfunctions originating from the client's network and operator, the internet, or the manager of the server (CDN) to which, by agreement with its client, Polestream sends the streamed feed.
