Why should your event go live?

Over the past decade, many events have moved online, partly or entirely. Video coverage broadcast via live streaming has proved genuinely successful: many companies now use it for their seminars, conferences, product demonstrations and training sessions.

Filming and broadcasting

From the camera to your audience's screen, in the room or at home.

Multi-camera coverage

The set-up runs from two to six simultaneous cameras, depending on the room and on what needs to be seen, whether the broadcast reaches a mass audience or simply one spread across several places.

  • Manned cameras, operated by camera operators
  • Motorised (PTZ) cameras, several of them run by a single operator
  • Video coverage and sound recording to broadcast standards

Video studio

Filming calls for a room that lends itself to it. We build one: the set goes up on your own premises, or in a fitted studio when the shot deserves better.

  • A three-camera set rigged in two hours, LED lighting and radio mics included
  • A return monitor, so that your speakers can see themselves
  • Your own material on screen: video, PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF

Interactive webinar

A webinar takes as much preparing as it takes filming: the venue, the running order, the page that carries it and the announcement to your audience are all part of the job.

  • A landing page in your own colours, broadcast window and chat included
  • A running order written with you, so that attention holds to the end
  • Announcement emails sent out to your audience

Two-way and multi-site link-ups

Your speakers are not all in the same place. We link the sites together so that they can see one another, hear one another and answer one another on screen.

  • One or several remote speakers, linked to the set
  • Several rooms linked together, in sound and in vision
  • A radio intercom, so that everyone follows the running order unseen
Getting your audience involved

Giving a voice to the people watching.

Access management

You decide who attends. We open the broadcast to the people you have invited and to no one else, and we let them know on your behalf.

  • The invitation or the formal notice, sent out to your list of participants
  • A registration form, when you open the door more widely

Interactivity

During the session your audience writes, asks and answers. What comes back goes up on screen without the live broadcast ever stopping.

  • Chat, questions and polls, in real time
  • Results collected and shown live, in the room and online alike

Online voting

We run your votes during the event, at a general meeting for example.

  • A ballot by invitation, with proxies handled
  • Results followed as they come in and shown live
  • A solution secure from end to end

Simultaneous interpretation

Interpretation gives your viewers the best listening comfort, during the live broadcast and on the replay shown afterwards alike.

  • An interpreter's booth that we install for the event
  • Headsets handed out in the room
  • Each language sent to the online audience as its own audio track
Options

What can be added to the set-up.

  • Tailored support

    • A visit to your premises and a location survey
    • Help negotiating quotes, starting with the venue itself
    • Help designing the event
